Your birth date, time, and place; financial stability self-ratings; wellbeing self-ratings (stress, confidence, relationship satisfaction); career history; and the symbolic/astrology inputs you provide (and, for Best-tier reports, an optional palm photograph).
Generating your personalized Board report, and — separately — retained on our own systems for internal product analytics (understanding what people submit, so we can improve the report and the questions we ask). We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Anthropic (to generate your report's written analysis — not used to train their models by default, retained by them for 30 days), VedAstro (for astrology chart calculations), and Google (to resolve your birth place and time zone).
Your submitted intake data (birth details, career history, self-ratings, and questionnaire answers) is retained permanently on our own systems for internal analytics, in addition to being used to generate your report. We may retain a copy of your report for our internal records. Your palm photograph (Best tier), if provided, is not retained — only a yes/no flag noting one was submitted. You can request deletion of your retained data at any time (see below).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles payment collection directly, and we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded.
